To the People of the United States of America

WE THE TRUSTEES of THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH (“TPB”)—our Branch of Government—do hereby FIND the following:

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (NWO)—by and through its “Deep State Traitors” infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—has unlawfully spied upon the American People long enough; and

WHEREAS, the NWO’s de facto illegitimate incorporated ‘federal government’ (a shadow government)—by and through its National Security Agency (NSA) and fifteen other intelligence agencies making up its ‘Intelligence Community,’ along with a growing ‘Strong Cities Network’ sponsored by a treasonous faction at the United Nations and an alarming number of radical proponents of a nationwide, militarized ‘Police State’—has set up a massive surveillance grid in the USA for obvious nefarious reasons, is using our intellectual property to spy on us and collect and sell our private information, and is increasingly using our local, state and federal law enforcement to oppress and tyrannize us.

WHEREFORE, TPB‘s BOARD OF TRUSTEES does hereby COMMAND:

THAT, until the NWO’s Intelligence Community is dismantled and all intelligence services are transferred to, and being performed by, TPB, all spyware and other intellectual property shall be physically seized as collateral pending the outcome of the American People’s Suits against the NWO; and

THAT all intelligence gathering offices, equipment, buildings, and other assets owned by the NWO’s “USInc” in the USA shall be lien-seized as collateral pending the outcome of the American People’s Suits against the NWO; and

THAT all USA cities, counties, and other municipalities and political bodies which were signed on to the ‘Strong Cities Network’ by their leaders shall be docked $1 per day per city dweller (according to the most recent census) until rescinded and said leaders are arrested; and

THAT all TPB offices shall take whatever action necessary to carry out the COMMANDS herein dispensed.
