To the People of the United States of America

WE THE TRUSTEES of THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH (“TPB”)—our Branch of Government—do hereby FIND the following:

WHEREAS, there is no evidence or history that any ‘COVID-19’ vaccine is adequately ‘safe and effective,’ but there is a great amount, and mounting, evidence and history to prove the contrary; and

WHEREAS, even the existing evidence of reported vaccine side effects shows not only that the vaccines are far from safe and effective, but also that the vaccine makers and other vaccine patent holders foreknew the contrary; and

WHEREAS, newly forecasted side effects, including deaths, are alarming.

WHEREFORE, TPB‘s BOARD OF TRUSTEES does hereby COMMAND:

THAT the COVID-19 vaccine roll-out is halted until adequately proven safe and effective and until further notice;

THAT the immunity provisions for the pharmaceutical industry in the 1986 National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act and 2005 Public Readiness & Emergency Preparedness Act (Prep Act) are declared null and void;

THAT all USA victims of unsafe or ineffective or injurious or lethal vaccines may make claims against the vaccines’ makers on TPB‘s website;

THAT the CEOs, presidents, or other authorized leaders of Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca and all other experimental COVID-19 vaccine makers are to contact TPB‘s Trustees in their jurisdiction within 24-hours to arrange to testify before TPB‘s Board of Trustees; and

THAT all TPB offices shall take whatever action necessary to carry out the COMMANDS herein dispensed.
