To the People of the United States of America

WE THE TRUSTEES of THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH (“TPB”)—our Branch of Government—do hereby FIND the following:

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (NWO)—by and through its “Deep State Traitors” infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office—has plundered and pilfered the American People long enough; and

WHEREAS, the Deep State’s de facto incorporated ‘Congress’ masquerading as our federal lawmakers wrote, but did not duly ratify, the Sixteenth Amendment to the NWO’s illegitimate ‘Constitution of the United States’ (1871); and

WHEREAS, the incorporated ‘Congress,’ along with thousands of other traitors in the ‘Internal Revenue Service’ (IRS) and elsewhere in the burgeoning Deep State bureaucracy masquerading as our ‘federal government,’ have committed massive fraud by concealment against the American People for over 100-years by turning a blind-eye to the unconstitutionality of the Sixteenth Amendment and the wrongful collection of ‘income taxes’ from the American People.

WHEREFORE, TPB‘s BOARD OF TRUSTEES does hereby COMMAND:

THAT the Sixteenth Amendment to the de facto, illegitimate ‘Constitution of the United States’ is abolished as unconstitutional; and

THAT ‘income taxes’ and income tax withholding are declared unconstitutional and abolished; and

THAT the IRS and all other tax collection agencies and offices of the NWO are abolished as unconstitutional; and

THAT all offices, buildings, and other assets in the USA of the IRS and all other tax collection agencies of the NWO shall be lien-seized as collateral pending the outcome of the American People’s Suits against the NWO; and

THAT all TPB offices shall take whatever action necessary to carry out the COMMANDS herein dispensed.
