MOCK PROPOSAL #3

To the People of the United States of America

WE THE FOUNDING PATRIOTS of THE PEOPLE’S BRANCH (“TPB”)—our pending Branch of Government—do hereby propose the following:

WHEREAS, the ‘New World Order’ (NWO)—our ‘foreign enemies’—by and through its “Deep State Traitors”—our ‘domestic enemies’ infiltrated into nearly every local, state, and federal government office, including its incorporated ‘Congress’ masquerading as our federal lawmakers—has nearly broken us; and

WHEREAS, the NWO’s incorporated ‘UNITED STATES’ (“USInc”) and ‘Congress’ have unconstitutionally indebted us in an amount over $30 trillion; and

WHEREAS, the NWO’s incorporated ‘Congress’ has also unlawfully indebted us for ‘unfunded liabilities’ in the amount over $80 trillion; and

WHEREAS, the incorporated ‘Congress’ has demonstrated for over 100-years that it cannot handle its appropriations duties and other related functions; and

WHEREAS, WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America (“WTP-USA”) are uniting to take back our country from the NWO and eradicate its Deep State bureaucracy from our midst (see plan/join on website); and

WHEREAS, by way of our new “USA Constitution” (first draft available on website), PROPOSAL #1 seeks to establish TPB and PROPOSAL #2 seeks the Government Services Contract from the NWO’s incorporated ‘UNITED STATES’ (“USInc”) (see what TPB can do on website); and

WHEREAS, this PROPOSAL #3 seeks the ‘purse strings’ from ‘Congress.’

WHEREFORE, WE THE FOUNDING PATRIOTS of TPB propose to:

MANAGE THE MONEY of WTP-USA within the means of the 10% National Sales Tax (see PROPOSAL #2), including but not limited to:

COIN, print, and otherwise produce all money; and

BUDGET, appropriate, and otherwise manage all money; and

ECONOMIZE, and otherwise regulate all money and monetary affairs.
