If you are not a USA Affiliate, but wish to become one, you will need to apply--but first, check to see if you qualify:

Applicants MUST:

1.  LOVE our U.S.A.;
2.  BE an AMERICAN and also BE, demonstrably, PATRIOTIC;
3.  BE INVITED by an existing USA AFFILIATE;
4.  READ our proposed USA CONSTITUTION;* and
5.  TELL US how you will PROMOTE our new U.S.A.
